Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to my ToS - violation of these terms will result in a termination of any commissions and involved individuals will be blacklisted.

General
★ I will not draw any of the following;
-NSFW
-Excessive gore
-Hateful content
-Cultural Appropriation
-Fetish art
★ Commissions are not first come first served. I may decline orders for any reason.
★ Turnaround time will vary depending on commission complexity and external factors.
★ The queue is not currently public.
★ Queue priority is typically sorted by date received, but this may vary.
★ Prices are subject to change. If a price for an item changes after the time of purchase, the client will not be reimbursed or billed the difference.

Communitations
★ Communications can be made via social media or email. Email is preferred.
★ It may take up to 3 business days to receive a response.
★ Clients who excessively send messages may be terminated.

Payment
★ Payment must be sent in full via Paypal invoice.
★ Payment will be taken via Paypal only.
★ Commissions will not be started until full payment has been received.
★ Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. If the client has not paid or explicitly made other arrangements, the commission will be terminated.
★ Chargebacks issued by the client’s bank or Paypal must be compensated by the client.

Refunds
★ Completed work is non-refundable.
★ A full refund can be received if requested before work has been started.
★ Once work has started, only up to 80% of the piece can be refunded depending on the amount of work done.
★ Paypal fees may apply to refunds, and there may be a processing time.
★ Refunds will not be given for any terminations resulting from ToS violations.

Termination
★ I may terminate a commission at any time for any reason.
★ If I terminate a commission at no fault of the client, they will receive a notification and full or partial refund depending on the work completed.
★ Any violation of the ToS will result in termination.

Rights and Usage
★ The client is welcome to make edits to their commission, such as cropping or adding text, as long as I am still credited for the original piece.
★ The client may publish their finished commission to their own accounts, but must give credit.
★ Commissioned pieces may be used freely for personal use, such as backgrounds, avatars, banners, or physical prints.
★ Pieces may not be used for profit or commercial reasons without a Commercial Use contract.
★ I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for advertising and self promotion purposes.
★ Watermarks and signatures must not be removed or tampered with.
★ All rights and ownership of the artwork remains with the artist unless agreed otherwise.
★ Any use of my artwork relating to non fungible tokes, artificial intelligence generators, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Use
★ I must grant permission in written text before a client can use any artwork for commercial purposes.
★ Commercial use fees vary. Royalty fees may or may not apply. Licence fees may be available. Please contact me for an accurate quote regarding your project.
★ Commercial use licences are non-transferable and are exclusive to the original client.

Unused assets
★ If a commission is abandoned, terminated, or otherwise produces excess work, any unused assets may be repurposed or resold. Any likeness to the original character will not be transferred.
