Order Process

First, please check to see if I have any open slots and read my ToS.
By placing an order you agree to my ToS - violation of these terms will result in a termination of any commissions and involved individuals will be blacklisted.

Slots open periodically, and reopening times will be announced up to a week in advance on my active social media. I typically will not take on commissions while slots are closed, but I am happy to give quotes or discuss inquiries during this period.

If slots are open, you can go ahead and submit a form either via DM on my active socials, via email, or via Google Form. Google forms is my preferred method.

Slots are not first come first served, and acceptance of a commission is not guaranteed. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. You will receive a response from me confirming if your order has been accepted or not.

I do request that clear, unshaded references for characters are provided. I will work from moodboards or text descriptions, but these are subject to an additional fee. I mostly do feral characters, but will attempt pretty much anything! Commission details can be as detailed or vague as you like, though it does help if you have a decent idea of what you’re looking for.

Once I’m satisfied with the provided order details, the client will receive a Paypal invoice for payment. Payment must be received in full before I start on your order. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice being issued, the commission will be terminated and the slot will be given to someone else.

A sketch will be provided within 14 days* of purchase**, at which point the client will be able to make any major adjustments to the piece. Multiple passes may be made depending on the complexity of the piece. I will not proceed past this point until the sketch has been fully approved. Any major adjustments requested after this point may incur additional charges. The full piece will be completed within 30 days of purchase. Once it has been approved the client will receive a link to download the full piece.

Completed pieces will be posted to my own accounts unless requested otherwise. Private commissions are available at an additional fee. I am happy to delay posting an order if it is a gift.

My queue and worklist is not currently public. Orders are tracked via Notion.

A commission may be cancelled and refunded at no cost (barring any Paypal fees) if I have not started work on the order. If any amount of work has been completed, up to 80% of the cost may be refunded depending on how much work has been done. No refunds will be given for completed pieces.

*All times are approximate, and while it will not typically take any longer than stated, commissions may occasionally be delayed. I will do my best to keep clients updated should this be the case.
**From the time of payment being received.
